If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase made through Laura’s shop, we are more than happy to provide you with an exchange or credit note for your item.
All freight relating to the return of the item is the responsibility of the customer.
For any items that are faulty or defective you will have the option to receive a refund, an exchange or credit.
Unfortunately there are no refunds for change of mind.
Please note: Purchases of personal training, coaching services, membership programs or competition prep packages have a strict NO REFUND policy.
